Please familiarize yourself with our policies before placing an order.*

Return policy:
All pieces are made to order/limited run and therefore cannot be canceled, returned and or exchanged. Luz Muerta does not overproduce and therefore does not have a surplus of stock to offer exchanges.

Orders cannot be canceled or changed once placed so please ensure all details are correct before proceeding with the order.

If your item arrives faulty/damaged please report this within seven days of receiving the piece, providing photo evidence to info@luzmuerta.com

*(Our policies are strict, and we apologize for that but because each item is handmade to order for you we see them as fit. So please if you have any sizing concerns, send us an email.)

SHipping policies

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order and take into consideration if you will still be in the address for the estimated turnaround. It makes it very difficult to change addresses after the order has been placed as shipping preparation begins immediately.


Spain: All Spain pieces are sent through Correos certified mail. Once purchasing please allow at least 3-4 weeks for your item to be made before shipping. You will receive shipping confirmation with tracking via email once your item has been sent. Please contact info@luzmuerta.com if you have any issues with your shipping.

International: All International pieces are sent International class tracked mail. Once purchasing please allow at least 3-4 weeks for your item to be made before shipping. Then allow 2-4 weeks for your item to arrive if you are international. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking via email once your item has been sent. Luz Muerta is not responsible for custom charges so please take this into consideration when ordering. Please contact info@luzmuerta.com if you have any issues with your shipping.
